I had a leak that developed from my upstairs bathroom to my guest room below it. Dry Right was recommended to me and I understand why. Antonio was the main point of contact and his professionalism is unmatched. I cannot understate how much he has helped me through the process of handling the leak. There were many nuances to how to resolve the leak, from the insurance claim to the restoration process. Antonio was always a phone call or text away. He has consistently shown to be a great communicator and I appreciate that so much. As for the restoration process - Jamal, Berto, and Felipe were extremely efficient and respectful to our household. Overall, it seems that Dry Right is a great company with amazing ethics.

We recently had a flood in our house due to a malfunctioning washer and were recommended to go to Dry Right Flood! They were amazing, and Ivan came to our home immediately to assess the situation even though it was already late in the evening. The next day, they brought equipment to help dry the wet, damaged floors and ceiling in our garage. A couple of days later, they were able to come and finish the demo in a day and a half! The employees were timely and worked quickly even though it was excessively hot the days they were working on our home. Everything was covered nicely and they cleaned up so well!
